that collaboration led to the implementation of an omni-channel relationship programme: Kaporal X Le Klub.
to achieve this, app’s miles® created links to the 118 in-store Cylande cash desks and to the Magento website by means of two types of integration: a web SDK and integration via API.
finally, to make Kaporal’s relationship programme omni-channel, app’s miles® developed the Le Klub app, containing the users’ electronic payment card and allowing users to view their points and choose their gifts. the app is further supplemented by a store locator tool and a redirect to the e-commerce site.
