in response to the needs raised by the Orange Ivory Coast app, app’s miles® adapted to the culture and customs in the country to create a customer loyalty programme based on purchases of Internet passes, credit top-ups and other functionalities (app launches, shares, etc.).
when users perform those actions, they earn points which they can exchange for Orange rewards (free Internet passes and credits) or for third party rewards like cinema tickets and gift certificates for groceries.

to bolster in-app activity, app’s miles® and Orange created an inter-user challenge rewarding the most active users each week. this challenge boosts in-app purchases, showcases the app’s most profitable features and increases repeat visits.
