Kaporal creates an omni-channel relationship programme and adds transparency to its communications.

to achieve this, app’s miles® connects to the 118 in-store Cylande cash desks and to the Magento website by means of two types of integration: a web SDK and integration via API.

app’s miles® retrieves all the information linked to the completion of actions in the Le Klub app, on kaporal.com AND in shops, and processes those data in accordance with the rules set out in the GDPR.

to make Kaporal’s relationship programme omni-channel, app’s miles®  continuously develops and improves the Le Klub app, containing the user’s loyalty card and allowing users to view their points and choose their gifts. the app is further supplemented by a store locator tool and a redirect to the e-commerce site.
